Empty Hotbar Bug. Hey All! I am having a problem where my entire hotbar is empty when I wake up in the nautaloid. I am unable to click and drag spells/items into the hot bar. I played with mods in Patch 3, but disabled them, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the game on a completely different SSD, so I don't think it's the mods. All the other tabs are fine. All the other characters are fine. The "custom" section of the main hotbar has the slider and can be expanded but those last two columns are just not part of the hotbar.
