ElvUI doesn't use it as far as I know, but should you have a "Fonts" folder as well, delete that one, too. You can keep your Config.wtf if you want don't want to reset your graphics settings. Just backup your interface folder and your WTF folder. When you go to re-install, copy the 2 folders back and you'll be golden. I've transferred ElvUI settings between 2 different machines using this method without any issues. Addon settings are Stored inside the WTF Folder.
