When the tv glitches out almost every 2-5 mins. or so, it's annoying. I know how to setup/install the new receiver so that's not the issue at all for me. The issue is when all the recordings we have are permanently erased and can't even transfter them to the new one. And yes, this is U-Verse so I'm not sure why that's not even an option for them.
