I had this issue in ArkOS after connecting bluetooth earbuds. I could reconnect the earbuds, and the audio would work on them, but when disconnected, I couldn't get the speakers to work. I tried L3 + R3, but that didn't seem to work. In the end what fixed it was to ssh into the rgb30, and run the following commands: Turn WiFi on. Exit the menu. Go back in and search for WiFi, connections will then show up. You don't need to turn off the console.
