Springfield prodigy vs staccato p.
Like I said, I’ve never had a 1911 before so I don’t have anything to compare it to other than my striker fired guns. I’ve been looking at Staccatos for the last few weeks and was tempted until I learned about the prodigy a week ago. The Staccato is probably the better but I don’t know if it’s going to be $1200 better.

The Prodigy retails for around $1,200 and and optics ready Staccato P is $2,500. So almost double the price. To me it’s not worth it for DLC and tool steel internals. I disagree on your opinion the fit and finish aren’t night and day.
