Doing so removes the Grimmchild Charm from the inventory and grants the Banishment achievement. If you fight nkg and beat him you get to experience the fight and gully upgraded grimmchild. Also if you banish before you get all unbreakable charms divine will leave so get those first if you banish them. lf you dont have all unbreakable charms after the nkg fight divine will stay.
