It’s the exact same. Amiibos are just figures with a NFC chip inside (at the bottom). Amiibo spoofing is just using the same NFC chips that amiibos use by themselves. The switch doesn't check for authenticity and they aren't complicated code wise. So they are safe and not bannable.
