They aren't particularly rare, you just don't find them unless you take the atlas passive that allows them to drop. When I did blight this league, I got approximately 1 in every 5 maps. I get more opalescent, silver and golden oils from extractors than natural drops in maps, and I got enough from them to not have to bother with blighted maps. Blight is dope. Here's a few I wish I knew - Cassia's Pride Keystone is definetly worth and strong. It's especially great at league starts when you character isn't as strong yet.
