I decided I would try to farm for one of the elusive Enclave Flamers now that they can be made legendary, and as luck would have it, after about 4 hours of serving hopping and events last night, I was able to get one. My first legendary roll made it a vamp/50% vats HIT/ 50% slower break.The flamer mod itself doesn't trigger fire damage, it's the capacitor mod that triggers the fire damage.
