2006 GSXR 750 with 22k miles Bought this as a project to use as a track bike. A few things have been fixed like replacing 2 bad injectors, tires, some fairings, flushing the brakes, and a new battery but it is still a work in progress. It needs a new stator since the battery doesn't charge when the bike is running and it burns some oil.

But for the neutral thing, sometimes, you just have to roll the bike a smidge or just releaase the clutch slightly for the gear to engage - thats not a problem and is normal. Good luck on the new bike!!!1. Remove left side fairing assy. 2. Drain the oil. 3. Remove the two bolts holding the water pump into the case. Do not drain the coolant or remove the two hoses on the water pump. There is enough slop in the coolant hoses to pull the pump straight out if you use two small prybars or screwdrivers to evenly lever the pump straight out.
