ElvUI doesn't use it as far as I know, but should you have a "Fonts" folder as well, delete that one, too. You can keep your Config.wtf if you want don't want to reset your graphics settings. Try copying you WTF folder, th n rename your current WTF folder "WTF_old", paste in the new folder and start th game.
