Tellurium is a rough one, very hard to target farm and I don’t believe it even has any breakables like pretty much everything else. Archwing missions generally give a drop or two every other mission or so. Kuva Fortress missions also drop it once in a while too, though you’re probably not up to that if you haven’t unlocked Uranus yet. It matters for Tellurium because it only drops in "Archwing" missions. Uranus is the planet to do it on, because (almost) all the nodes there are technically Archwing missions.
