MPG will drop to some extent. So they arent as bad as say a 20x9 wheel with a -12mm offset which is a 4.5 ...Offroad conditions present more chances to rub when the truck is flexed...I took my 35's off of my leveled '04 and went down to 33's to gain more clearance when off roading. They will fit if you have proper back spacing. If you run stocker for bumper you may have a tiny bit of trimming to do.
