Been try to remove some devices been pausing, but every time I get to the app, the pause button never work! Is there something wrong with the app? Been have this issue so many months! With the old app usually work will. Can some one call me from the company, been try to call, but never able get to the agent!

All are connected to gateway, yet just the one laptop displays a message when opening browser saying "this device is paused" and tells me to goto the app to unpause it.
