Cadillac cue not working.

I have an Android phone. When I press the "Pandora" app on the CUE system, its says "no internet connection" or something similar. I called the CUE support number and they told me to change the media to "Bluetooth" and use the app on the phone. They said that is how it is suppose to work. They said the Pandora icon doesn't do …Just got back from updating the CUE system on my ATS after 2days. The dealer was packed with people so I couldn't really test it too much onsite. After I got home I was trying everything out and everything seems to be working perfectly if not even better than before. Only issue am having is, now to A/C wont come through the main vents only the top.The steering wheel controls work fine and the backup cam. The AC works but I cant change the settings from the screen. I can change the temp and set it to Auto. The radio works but I have to use the steering wheel controls . Nothing has changed in the car.
