Nagakiba is best in all but close spaces (very close spaces). Current relevant stats are 50 Dex, 45 Arcane, and 20 Strength. naga+uchi with occult should be more damage. Hand of malenia is not good so keep in mind when using it. Hand of malenia only scales with dex. 50 dex is solid but the 45 arcane would be wasted.
